Why We Started Garris Air
Garris Air started because we believed the HVAC industry could do better. Too many homeowners were being sold repairs they didn't need, charged prices that weren't disclosed upfront, and left waiting all day for a tech who never showed.
We set out to build a different kind of HVAC company — one where honesty isn't a marketing slogan, it's how we actually operate. Where technicians are rewarded for doing the right thing, not for upselling.
Fifteen years and nearly 15,000 homes later, that commitment hasn't changed. We still answer our own phones. We still show up on time. We still tell you what your system actually needs — even when a cheaper answer is the right one.
