Our comprehensive tune-up covers 12+ inspection and service points — not a quick filter swap and a handshake.

Urgent service may be available outside regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). After-hours appointments are priced higher than appointments scheduled during normal business hours. Any applicable after-hours service or diagnostic charge will be explained before a technician is dispatched.

Can I join the plan if my system is older?+
Yes, in most cases. We'll assess your system during the tune-up and let you know honestly if there are any concerns.
Does the plan cover repairs?+
The plan covers one annual system-optimization visit and gives you a 15% discount on qualifying service, repairs, and indoor-air-quality products. It is not a warranty or repair coverage plan.
What is the Savings Credit?+
Each year you're a plan member, you earn a credit that can be applied toward a future system replacement with Garris Air. It's our way of rewarding loyal customers.
Can I cancel the plan?+
Yes. Contact us to discuss your options. We want you to be completely satisfied with the value you're receiving.
Does the plan cover multiple systems?+
Yes. We offer multi-system pricing for homes with more than one HVAC system. When only one system is replaced, accumulated Savings Credit must be allocated appropriately to that system. Ask us about current rates and multi-system terms.
