The Garris Air Comfort Savings Plan is an annual maintenance membership that covers two professional tune-ups per year — one before cooling season and one before heating season — along with priority scheduling and discounts on repairs.
What's Included
Each tune-up visit includes a comprehensive inspection and service of your HVAC system:
Electrical component inspection and tightening Capacitor and contactor testing Refrigerant level check Coil cleaning (condenser and evaporator) Blower motor inspection Condensate drain flush Filter check (replacement at additional cost) System performance verification For gas furnaces: heat exchanger inspection, igniter and flame sensor check, flue inspection
After each visit, you receive a written report documenting the system's condition and any items that need attention.
Priority Scheduling
Comfort Savings Plan members receive priority scheduling for both maintenance visits and repair calls. During peak season — the hottest days of summer and the coldest days of winter — our schedule fills quickly. Members move to the front of the line.
For no-heat or no-cool emergencies, members receive priority response.
Repair Discounts
Members receive a discount on diagnostic fees and parts for repairs. If a tune-up visit identifies a needed repair, the discount applies to that repair as well.
After-hours service is available to members at standard rates (not overtime rates).
